Shipping & Returns Policy
Turnaround is up to 10 working days, not including postage time. Orders will usually be made and sent before the 10 working days but occasionally during busy periods it may take the full 10 working days.
Please note that due to the current situation with the coronavirus pandemic some post is taking longer to arrive, please be patient as we navigate these strange times.
Due to being a small business, each item is made for each order so please make sure you check the size guides before ordering to try and avoid receiving an item that doesn't fit. If you need to exchange your item for a different size it can only be exchanged for the same item you have purchased but in a different size. Returns will only be accepted within 28 days of your order being dispatched and products should be returned in an unworn and sellable condition. Occasionally there may be a delay on you receiving your exchanged product, this could be if the size you are after is out of stock and we are waiting on stock delivery. I would thank you for your patience at this time.
PERSONALISED ITEMS CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED UNLESS FAULTY.
As this has been made specifically for you, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds on the product due to a possibility of being unable to re sell the product.
Please note: the item you are returning should be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition. To refund or exchange your item(s) just follow the steps below:
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your name, order number and reason for return. You will receive an email reply with the return address for which to return your product.
Please send your item(s) to our returns address, including a note to tell us your order number, name and email address.
It will be your responsibility to pay the cost of return postage. We are not responsible if your return is lost in the post. As you are the sender of the item, you will need to contact your shipping service to claim compensation for loss.
